“Intimacy with the Subject” Gallery Talk

Justin Nolan MFA, a Lecturer of Photography at the University of Central Florida, worked for 10 years as a commercial photographer, artist, and educator on numerous commissioned assignments for national publications, fashion, and advertising clients. Nolan discussed the powerful role that staged spaces can have in influencing human desires. Idealized and explicit notions of nature, beauty, and even fear were presented in his powerpoint.
